Donkey Kong Bananza released last week, and has proven a popular addition to the Switch 2’s library.

But, while the base game itself has been met with plenty of praise, its inclusion of an artist mode has also tickled many peoples’ fancy. This mode is somewhat reminiscent of the Super Mario 64’s interactive menu, and lets players sculpt their own creations out of rock by using the Switch 2’s mouse controls.

Creations so far have included fellow famous Nintendo faces such as Luigi, as well as carved works showing Banjo of Banjo-Kazooie fame, and even a Star Wars Death Star. Others have taken things even further, and a little darker, and sculpted DK’s crucifixion.
