Games Workshop has announced it is providing a £20 million bonus to its employees following its latest financial results.

The UK tabletop games company reported that core revenue was up 13% year-on-year to £560 million for the 52 weeks ended June 1, 2025. As for its core profit, this increased 20% year-on-year to £210 million.

The full results will be published in its upcoming 2025 annual report, due for publication on July 29, 2025.

The bonus will be “paid in cash on an equal basis to each member of staff” in “recognition of [its] staff’s contributions to these results.

As reported by IGN, last year staff were given a £18 million bonus. It also estimated that there are “around 1,500 staff” at the company, meaning each employee may receive an estimated £13,333.
