Video game consultancy firm, Vivrato, has added nine gaming industry veterans to its team of advisors.

Launched in January 2025, and headed up by former co-CEO at Iron Galaxy Studios, Adam Boyes, Vivrato “aims to help publishers and studios navigate the business of making games with operator-centric methodologies.”

As part of the company’s “next phase,” it has added nine seasoned gaming industry leaders to its roster of consultants, each of whom “share a commitment to helping the industry thrive through collaboration, experience, and a deep respect for the craft of game-making.”

The new additions are Connie Brammeier (former head of experiences and gaming at Disney), Bruce Grove (former VP at Mythical Games), Stefan Lampinen (managing director and founder at Game Advisor), Jon Lander (CEO and founder of Square Corners Consulting), Tracey McGarrigan (CEO and founder of Ansible), Douglas Morin (former CEO of Devolver Digital), Don Sechler (co-founder and CFO of Blumhouse Games), Mark Stanley (CEO and founder of Syndicate of Play), and Markus Windelen (founder of Versility Ventures).

In addition, Vivrato is launching “a suite of transformative content offerings aimed at sparking deeper conversations across the industry, starting its new Gaming Decoded podcast.

Hosted by Short Media president, Andrea Rene, this industry-focused podcast will “explore best practices, behind-the-scenes insights, and hard-earned lessons from across the gaming world” when it launches later this year.
